This section forms part of the SevenUnique Enterprise Legal Framework for API Terms of Service.

API Keys and Authentication
You are responsible for protecting your API keys, access tokens, passwords, and other authentication credentials.
You must:
- Keep your API credentials secure and confidential.
- Avoid publishing API keys in public repositories, applications, or websites.
- Not share your credentials with unauthorised third parties.
- Use appropriate security measures when storing or transmitting credentials.
- Accept responsibility for all activity performed through your API credentials.
- Report lost, stolen, exposed, or compromised credentials immediately.

SevenUnique may deactivate or replace any API credential that is believed to have been compromised.
Rate Limits and Fair Usage Policy
API requests may be subject to hourly, daily, monthly, account-based, or service-specific usage limits.
To maintain platform security, availability, and performance:
- Excessive API requests may be throttled, delayed, rejected, or temporarily blocked.
- Usage limits may vary depending on the API, subscription plan, service agreement, or account type.
- Automated abuse, bulk scraping, and excessive data extraction are strictly prohibited.
- You must not create multiple accounts or credentials to bypass usage restrictions.
- You must comply with all technical limits communicated through our documentation or dashboard.
Fair Usage Notice
SevenUnique may modify rate limits whenever necessary to protect the platform, maintain service availability, and ensure a secure experience for all users.
Data Ownership and Intellectual Property
All APIs, software, documentation, designs, interfaces, trademarks, databases, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of SevenUnique Tech Solutions Private Limited or their respective owners.
Access to an API does not transfer ownership of any data, software, technology, or intellectual property.
API data may only be accessed, processed, stored, and used for approved purposes and in accordance with applicable agreements.
You may not:
- Claim ownership of SevenUnique API data or technology.
- Sell, license, publish, or redistribute API data without written permission.
- Copy or reproduce API documentation for unauthorised commercial purposes.

Intellectual Property Notice
Access to SevenUnique APIs grants a limited right to use the services in accordance with these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of any software, documentation, trademarks, databases, technology, or other intellectual property belonging to SevenUnique or its licensors.

Developers and organisations integrating with SevenUnique APIs must protect personal, financial, confidential, and sensitive information.
You are responsible for:

- Providing users with appropriate privacy notices.
- Complying with applicable privacy and data-protection laws.
- Implementing reasonable technical, administrative, and organisational safeguards.
- Restricting data access to authorised personnel.
- Encrypting sensitive information where appropriate.
- Deleting data when it is no longer required or authorised.
- Reporting security incidents or data breaches without unnecessary delay.
Important Restriction
You must not use API data for unauthorised surveillance, profiling, discrimination, spam, or unlawful marketing.
Governing Law and Contact Information
These API Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these API Terms, our APIs, or related services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Acknowledgement
By accessing or using our APIs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these API Terms of Service.
